Please note that all prices and fees at checkout are exclusive of import fees, restrictions or necessary permits that apply in your country or region and that you are responsible for this when you receive your order. VAT is included in all prices.

Once you have received your order confirmation, your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days (weekends and holidays excluded). Once the delivery has left us, it normally takes 2-5 working days depending on where it is to be sent and which delivery method has been chosen. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped, so you can track your delivery.

We ship our orders with several different carriers, depending on which one is most convenient, and they offer different options. If you do not collect your package within 14 days, it will be returned to us and you will be liable for return costs and fees.


A return must be made within 14 days of delivery. We only accept returns of unused cushion covers. Textile by the meter is not returnable.

Incorrect and damaged goods

All deliveries are sent from us packaged for transport. We ask that you inspect the item immediately upon receipt to ensure that it has not been damaged in transit. If there are any, please notify us upon receipt and contact us at within 24 hours with a photo of the damage. We do not accept responsibility for products that have been damaged after delivery as a result of careless handling or storage.

Our products are handmade with organic materials and are therefore fragile and can change in appearance between different orders. We kindly ask that you check your products before using them. If you should discover any fault, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at with a photo of the fault and we will try to replace the product as soon as possible.

Delivery problems

You will be liable for compensation for an order that cannot be picked up or delivered.


When we have received your return, we look through it and you will receive an email with the status.

When we have approved your return, you will receive a refund via the payment method you used to make your purchase. Please note that it may take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If we judge that your return does not meet our requirements (for example, if the item is used and/or damaged), we will not issue a refund. We will then contact you to try to find a solution.
